“Emily’s dance class is the highlight of my child’s week. We have never found an activity that she enjoys more than these classes.”  – parent

The Rhythm & Regulation Project

Emily designed and led a three-month behavioral intervention to measure the program’s impact.

Data measuring changes to students’ behavior was collected within 12 hours after each dance class through parent, teacher, student, and observer forms.

Her 18 page research paper found evidence that adaptive dance positively influences behavior in adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
